Initial Consultation
Every great home begins with a conversation. I will sit down with you — at your site, or over the phone — to understand your vision, your needs, and the way your family actually lives. No templates. No assumptions.

Step Two
Custom Drafting
I translate your ideas into precise, buildable plans. We will work through multiple rounds of revisions until every room, every roofline, and every detail feels exactly right. You'll see your home take shape on paper before a single nail is driven.

Step Three
Plan Delivery
You receive a complete set of plans to include — Site Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations, Basic Floor Framing as needed/Basic Roof Plan/Wall Sections & Details, Foundation Plan & Details and Basic Electrical Plan. Plans are ready for your Engineer or I can recommend one for you. (Engineer seal/letter required in most Florida Counties)

Design
I will draft your custom plans through collaborative rounds of review and refinement.
Build
You receive complete plans ready for engineering/contractor review. I will either work with your contractors engineer to make engineering changes/notes or I can recommend an engineer for you.
